Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Copper & Cowhide order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel and return an eligible item. Once you’ve notified us, you then have 14 days to send the item back.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not return items to the address shown on the original parcel unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
Return condition
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Returned items should be sent back with any original packaging, labels and accessories where possible. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of returning it. We’ll confirm the return arrangements with you before you send anything back.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We’ll work with you to put things right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, or you provide appropriate evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we’ll process any refund due to your original payment method within the required timeframe.
Where applicable, refunds following cancellation will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including personalised or made-to-order goods, perishable goods and some sealed products where the seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons. Any applicable exception will be made clear on the product listing.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
